RULES FOR THE TAHITI DREAM
GIVEAWAY
1. This promotion is offered by Tahitian Noni International, a
division of Morinda, Inc. a Utah corporation.
2. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
3. Only one entry per household is permitted. All entries must
be received during the duration of the sweepstakes. To be eligible
to enter, you must be 18 years of age or older. Employees and
the immediate families of employees of Tahitian Noni International
or its sweepstakes processor are not eligible to enter.
4. The winner will be selected by an agent of Tahitian Noni International
in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received.
The winners will be notified by mail or by telephone at the option
of Tahitian Noni International and its agents within 60 days after
each drawing. The decisions of Tahitian Noni International's agent
regarding eligibility, awarding of the prize, and all other matters
relating to the sweepstakes shall be final.
5. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries
received. The vacation, valued at $4,000, includes round-trip "coach class"
airfare for two to Tahiti (from the US, or US Territories). Trip includes six nights lodging from one of four different islands. The winner will be required
to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility and
liability release within 14 days of prize notification. Taxes,
if any, are the responsibility of the winner.
6. If any prize notification is returned to Tahitian Noni International
or its sweepstakes processor as undeliverable or if the winner fails
to return the affidavit of eligibility and liability release within
the prescribed time period or other-wise fails to comply with
the terms and conditions of the sweepstakes, the Tahiti Dream
vacation will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected
in a second or subsequent drawing.
7. Entries will be accepted from applicants from the US, and US Territories.
This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is subject
to federal, state, and local regulation.
8. Neither Tahitian Noni International nor its sweepstakes processor
shall be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information
regarding any entrant, technical malfunctions, or undelivered
or misdelivered mail.
9. Except where prohibited, acceptance of prize offered constitutes
permission to use the winner's name, biographical information, and/or
likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further
compensation.
10. If you would like to know the identity of the sweepstakes
drawing's winner, send a self-addressed envelope with appropriate
postage affixed to:

11. The Tahiti Dream vacation winner will be given a trip voucher
to be used within one year of date received.
Must be 18 to enter. Entrants consent to the use of their name for publicity purposes should they be declared a winner.
